Brickbox Enterprises, Ltd. has performed all forms of real property development. From the adaptive reuse and conversion of historic properties to ground-up development of retail, medical, multifamily, and residential projects ranging in size from $1- $70 million. Brickbox Enterprises, Ltd. staff are experienced and knowledgeable in all phases of development. In addition to their own private redevelopment projects, the principals of Brickbox Enterprises, Ltd., have consulted for other builders, private owners, governmental agencies, and real estate professionals regarding land development, construction, and historic renovations. Brickbox Property Development division sources skilled design professionals, contractors, and materials from across the United States to complete their projects with quality and excellence.

Management

Brickbox Enterprises, Ltd. has owned and managed multifamily, retail and commercial properties in the Northeast and Florida over the last 20 years. Currently, there are over 800 apartment units and approximately 500,000 square feet of commercial space under management. Residential management ranges from luxury apartments to affordable housing and single-family homes. On the commercial side, Brickbox manages office, industrial, and retail spaces occupied by tenants ranging from nationally recognized tenants to local businesses. Our management team provides quality lease spaces at competitive rates while maintaining strong tenant retention. In addition, Brickbox Enterprises, Ltd. is an EPA-certified Lead-Safe Certified firm authorized to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repairs, and painting activities.

Plan

Since the relocation of multiple key principals from Pennsylvania to Florida, Brickbox has been selling stabilized assets in the Northeast and exchanging into value-add assets in the southeastern Florida market. Targeted properties are value add opportunities including high-vacancy, buildings requiring renovations and development land. This combines Brickbox Enterprise’s professional property management and construction background while providing tenants with superior spaces to comparable properties in the marketplace and a more rewarding rental experience.
