Brickbox Inc (“Brickbox Inc”) operates brickbox.net and may operate other websites. It is Brickbox Inc’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Website Visitors. Like most website operators, Brickbox Inc collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Brickbox Inc’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Brickbox Inc’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Brickbox Inc may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Brickbox Inc also collects potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on commercial.levelrealty.com blogs/sites. Brickbox Inc only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.
Gathering of Personally Identifying Information. Those who engage in transactions with Brickbox Inc are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Brickbox Inc collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Brickbox Inc. Brickbox Inc does not disclose personally identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Brickbox Inc’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Brickbox Inc will not rent or sell potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Brickbox Inc discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Brickbox Inc believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Brickbox Inc, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of an Brickbox Inc website and have supplied your email address, Brickbox Inc may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Brickbox Inc and our products. If you send us a request (for example via email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Brickbox Inc takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information.

There are actions you can take to adjust your web browser to make your web experience more accessible.
I am blind or can’t see very well
If you have trouble seeing web pages, the US Social Security Administration offers these tips (link is external) for optimizing your computer and browser to improve your online experience.
I find a keyboard or mouse hard to use
If you find a keyboard or mouse difficult to use, speech recognition software such as brickbox.net may help you navigate web pages and online services. This software allows the user to move focus around a web page or application screen through voice controls.
I am deaf or hard of hearing
If you are deaf or hard of hearing, there are several accessibility features available to you.
A text transcript is a text equivalent of audio information that includes spoken words and non-spoken sounds such as sound effects. NAR is working on adding transcripts to all scripted video and audio content.
A caption is transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally rendered visually by being superimposed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard-of-hearing, and anyone who cannot hear the audio (e.g., when in a crowded room). Most of NAR’s video content includes captions. Learn how to turn captioning on and off in YouTube.
Your computer, tablet, or mobile device has volume control features. Each video and audio service has its own additional volume controls. Try adjusting both your device’s volume controls and your media players’ volume controls to optimize your listening experience.
